Frank and Marilyn bought this Victorian
style estate home nestled into 9 woodland acres. We designed a
20x44' swimming pool, with tanning ledge, sheer
falls, coverstar automatic swimming pool cover, fiber optic lights,
salt purification, and ozone purification, pebble tec pool finish,
and kool deck concrete topping. The landscaping features faux
turf, daylight spectrum florescent flood lights, low voltage
lighting, rubber mulch, and a maintenance free
bird bath fountain filled with riverstone which filters the
water and provides a safe and attractive bird bath.
